How RF Works
How does Radio Frequency, High Frequency or Dielectric Heating (RF) work?
A dielectric is an insulating material between the elements of a condenser or capacitor.
When voltage is applied to the plates of a capacitor or a condenser, charges alternate an incredible 27 million
times per second on a fixed frequency of 27 MHz, or 27 million cycles. These molecules being agitated 27 million times per second
(on a 27 mHz frequency) create heat within the material.
